As the First Citizens lead content strategist, I shepherded this video showcasing retail digital products through the production life cycle. It was important to create a centerpiece for the new FirstCitizens.com’s digital banking products, as the website was an important milestone in the company’s digital evolution. I partnered with our lines of business to build the relationships that helped us bring a story to life.
